Our public sector client requires a Senior Reliability cleared HR Service Now Developer to provide specific expertise and resourcing in the domain of service integration and interoperability across various platforms for custom developed applications using ServiceNow.

The resource will support the business owners to collect business requirements, process mapping, user stories, design, develop, test, and deploy recent modules based on documented functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modules and integrations within the ServiceNow-based Safety Information Management Platform.
• Create and maintain application code and database structures using industry‑standard frameworks and best practices.
• Develop user interfaces, dashboards, and reports to meet business and technical requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and user stories to determine technical feasibility and design approaches.
• Define and document methods, procedures, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; manage deployments and rollback plans as needed.
• Produce and maintain detailed system documentation, diagrams, deployment guides, and operating procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical coaching to internal staff to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and design discussions under the direction of the Technical Authority.

Must Haves

• Over 8+ years experience with ServiceNow.
• Reliability Clearance.
