The role centers on Alberta and relationship building.As Director, Business Development, you will pursue new construction opportunities using industry contacts and knowledge across construction, development, and real estate. You will grow trust in Keller, develop clients, and support successful project pursuits. The position includes commercial, mixed-use, select public, and track opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Understand Keller’s target market and develop market-share strategyDevelop new commercial, mixed-use, and select public clientsGenerate and track leads aligned with business development strategyManage proposals, submissions, negotiations, and competitive tender supportBuild relationships that create construction opportunities and sole-source pursuitsRequirements:
University degree in a relevant disciplineMinimum seven years of construction-related experienceProven success identifying, pursuing, and closing construction projectsLeading emotional intelligence capabilitiesExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsUse construction expertise, market strategy, and relationship development to expand Keller’s project opportunities throughout Alberta and Western Canada.
