What You’ll Do:
- Learn the fundamentals of the electrical distribution business
- Support inside and outside sales initiatives
- Build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Develop commercial and leadership skills through hands-on training
- Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team culture
- Recent graduate (college or university)
- Athletic background strongly preferred (varsity, collegiate, or competitive sport)
- Strong work ethic and coachable mindset
- Team-oriented with a competitive drive
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales or operations
- $55,000 starting salary
- Monday–Friday schedule
