This winter, we are taking our talents to the iconic Distillery Winter Village , and we need an exceptional production baker behind the scenes to keep our booth fully stocked with the highest quality treats.

Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate Part-Time Bakers to join our production team for the winter season. Working out of our commercial kitchen space, you will execute our signature recipes with absolute precision, ensuring every single cookie meets our strict standards for size, texture, and visual luxury.

While this is a seasonal position tied to our winter festival run, there is a strong possibility of extension into a permanent part-time or expanding role as our e-commerce business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch Production: Accurately measure, mix, scale, and bake our signature jumbo, stuffed, and chunky cookies from scratch following our exact proprietary recipes.
• Quality Control: Ensure every batch maintains our rigorous standards for bake time, weight, texture, and visual appeal before it leaves the kitchen.
• Kitchen Efficiency & Management: Maintain a spotless, organized, and health-code-compliant commercial kitchen environment, managing supply organization and ingredient prep.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of baking supplies, raw ingredients, and packaging materials, reporting any needs proactively to management.
• Production Scheduling: Work collaboratively with the team to align kitchen output seamlessly with the fast-paced inventory demands of our Distillery Winter Village booth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Baking Experience: Proven professional baking experience (commercial kitchen, scratch bakery, or pastry background) is required. Experience with high-volume or cookie production is a major plus.
• Precision & Consistency: A meticulous eye for detail and strict adherence to recipes, weights, and timing.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift heavy ingredients (e.g., up to 50 lbs), and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliability: Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit kitchen team.
• Certifications: A valid Food Handler certification (DineSafe) is required.
