Neonatal ICU Unit Clerk II: Patient Care Support

Scarborough Health Network is hiring a Unit Clerk II for the GEN Neonatal ICU on a part-time, 14-month fixed-term basis. The role supports patient services across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient areas, handling calls, triage, scheduling, payroll tasks, and documentation in EPIC/SAP environments.
The ideal candidate has medical terminology knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with electronic medical records.
