Class 3 Boom Truck Operator In Training

Position SummaryWe are currently looking for a highly motivated Class 3 or higher Boom Truck Driver in 3 or higher drivers licence with air brakes endorsement required. For the right candidate Slegg will provide the necessary training and ticketing to operate the Boom Truck Operator transports building and construction materials to job sites and places these materials in requested work locations using the truck mounted crane. The shifts are Monday Friday 6:30am - 3pm and the wage range is $29.00 - $35.00 per ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-trip truck inspections and notify when maintenance is loads in a professional manner following the road rules and representing the company to the highest cleanliness of truck interior and load security and materials to the satisfaction of customers and maintain an emphasis on safety service and with a dynamic delivery team of drivers and drivers helpers to deliver customer operation of the boom/ mobile crane while loading and of a wide range of delivery types including rooftop loads ground drops drywall and insulation deliveries and packs inside jobsite with customers and other trades on construction contact with dispatch and work to resolve issues as they trucks for reloading and assist warehouse staff as all regulations company policies and duties as assigned by QualificationsValid Class 3 or higher drivers license with air brakes endorsement experience a plus but not A or B crane ticket considered an asset.
