How you’ll make an impact

• Launch Ribbon experience for new customers: Understand their needs and take the handoff from the sales team to kickstart a personalized, white-glove Ribbon experience that's memorable.

• Architect integrations: Connect Ribbon to ATS/HRIS stacks via API and Zapier, ensuring data flows flawlessly.

• Champion Ribbon API : Accelerate the adoption of Ribbon API by helping companies implement their API integration in record time.

• Grow usage and revenue: Track customer usage data, run quarterly check-ins, and transform insights into simple playbooks that boost adoption and identify upsell opportunities for the GTM team.

• Be the voice of the customer: Funnel feedback to Product & Engineering so the roadmap solves real-world pains.

• Create repeatable playbooks: Document best practices, DIY tutorials, and one-click templates that scale onboarding without scaling headcount.

• Troubleshoot like an engineer: Reproduce issues, dig into logs/SQL, and coordinate hot-fixes so customers stay delighted.

• Showcase impact: Build dashboards and case studies that quantify time-to-hire reductions and hiring-quality gains.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

• Is highly responsive to customer needs and can create personalized, white-glove, exceptional Ribbon experiences

• Technically comfortable: fire off a cURL request, then translate it for a non-technical recruiter in simplest terms.

• Is data-driven**:** spins up dashboards, nails SQL joins, and separates signal from noise.

• Communicates like a founder: clear, concise, persuasive, whether in a two-page memo or a board-level presentation.

• Thrives in ambiguity**:** bias for action, low ego, learns fast, and loves rapid iteration.

• Bonus points for HRTech or recruiting-workflow experience.
