Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical / Development Team Lead (Hamilton)

Your OpportunityBDO Digital is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical / Development Team Lead to join our growing Solution Operations (Managed Services) Practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet business needs.
• Accountable for development for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, and integration of features in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies.
• Have an understanding of the D365 F&O technology stack and peripheral technologies (Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning etc.).
• Take a user‑centered approach and rapidly iterate.

Experience and Education

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations development experience, ideally with another consulting firm working with external clients.
• Ability to mentor/coach junior developers.
• Excellent in development using X++.
• Establish and apply development best practices.
• Knowledgeable in two or more of the technologies: Azure, Power Apps, SSRS, SQL, C#/.NET.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, TFVC, VSTS, JSON, OData, SOAP, REST, Azure Logic Apps is an asset.
• Hands on experience in Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Preferred knowledge of Azure Data Lake and DIXF.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is $97,000 to $147,000.
