Finance Transformation Project Manager

Lead Finance and Tax transformation projects in Montreal, using project management and continuous improvement expertise across a global organization. This 12-month contract coordinates optimization work.The Finance and Tax Transformation and Continuous Improvement Project Manager manages a portfolio of process and tool optimization projects. The role supports Finance and Tax objectives through streamlined processes and digital initiatives. It coordinates with Finance, Tax, technology, PMO, business, and internal stakeholders across international locations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage Finance transformation, continuous improvement, and digital projectsCoordinate Finance teams toward internal organizational goalsScope projects and develop implementation project plansReview complex processes end to endIdentify risks, dependencies, and critical path itemsRequirements:
Eight to ten years of related experienceFinancial Services experience in international environments preferredKnowledge of project management processes and workflowsDigital and continuous improvement experience or mindsetExcellent communication across varied technical and seniority levelsApply project management, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination expertise to Finance and Tax transformation projects in Montreal.
