Mandarin Speaking Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:
DineIn Dealz is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Sales Managers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our network of restaurant partners by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new restaurants. This is a part-time, contract-based position with performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to restaurant owners/managers to schedule appointments and present the benefits of partnering with DineIn Dealz.
- In-Person Visits: Visit local restaurants to introduce DineIn Dealz, discuss partnership opportunities, and assist with the onboarding process.
- Quick Thinking: Adapt quickly to different situations, answer questions, and handle objections effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress with potential restaurant partners.
Requirements:
- Mandarin Fluency: Fluency In Mandarin is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade others effectively.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with restaurant owners and staff.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
Compensation:
- Performance-Based Pay: Earn based on the number of restaurants successfully onboarded.
- Flexible Schedule: Work part-time hours that fit your schedule.
