En tant que CFO, sous la responsabilité du PDG, vous fournirez un leadership stratégique tout en soutenant les activités de fusion et acquisition. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion financière et la transformation de l’organisation tout en menant une équipe de financeurs talentueux.
Principales responsabilités: - Collaborer au niveau stratégique avec le PDG et les dirigeants - Diriger les prévisions financières et la gestion de performance - Optimiser les processus de trésorerie et d'allocation de capitaux - Assurer la conformité réglementaire et fiscale - Développer des initiatives d'amélioration continue dans la fonction financière
Exigences: - Titre CPA ou équivalent - Plus de 15 ans d’expérience en finance - Connaissance en gestion des équipes multiniveau - Habileté à communiquer en anglais et français - Expérience en gestion des transformations
