Sales Manager for Clio’s SMB Team

As a Sales Manager at Clio, you will lead a dynamic SMB Account Executive team to help law firms access our Intelligent Legal Work Platform. You will coach your team on AI-driven solutions while overseeing territory planning, revenue attainment, and pipeline management. This role demands a high-energy leader committed to both people development and optimizing sales strategies in a fast-paced market. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop Strategic Account Executives
Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts by territories
Guide AEs in building outbound and inbound pipelines
Keep your team updated on evolving product offerings
Partner across functions to create client solutions

Requirements:

5+ years in B2B technology sales
2 years of leadership experience required
Proven track record in consultative selling
Strong communication and sales coaching skills
Experience in AI tools and their applications
