Position: After-School Nanny (Live-Out) — Coquitlam, BC

We're a fun, easygoing family in Coquitlam looking for a warm, energetic after-school nanny to join our crew. We have three girls, ages 4–9 — you'd primarily be looking after our two older girls, with our youngest joining in on occasion once she's picked up from daycare. They're a pretty cool bunch — full of energy, personality, and always up for an adventure. They love singing, dancing, and arts and crafts (fair warning: there will be glitter). This is a live-out position, weekday afternoons, with hours flexible depending on the right fit (part-time or full-time both open). Occasional evenings/weekends may pop up now and then, and there's even potential to bring the right person along on family trips. What you'd be doing: School/preschool pickup Packing next-day school lunches (Monday–Thursday — Fridays are lunch-prep-free!) Helping get dinner started on busy days — think preheating the oven or getting the kids fed a bit earlier if there's an evening activity Singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and other fun age-appropriate activities and outdoor play Light tidy-up of kids' spaces and toys (glitter cleanup included, we won't judge) Caring for 2 girls most days, occasionally 3 once our youngest is home from daycare Occasional driving to activities (bonus if you have your own vehicle) What we're looking for: Experience with multiple kids, ideally a similar age range First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to get certified) Clean Vulnerable Sector RCMP Criminal Record Check (or willing to provide one) Reliable, punctual, and genuinely enjoys hanging out with kids Valid driver's license is a plus Bonus points if you're open to occasional evenings/weekends or the odd family trip The details: Location: Coquitlam, BC Schedule: Weekday afternoons/after-school, plus occasional evenings/weekends Pay: Competitive, based on experience Start date: Mid-to-late September If this sounds like your kind of gig, tell us about your experience with multiple/similarly-aged kids, your availability, and whether you're up for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel!
