Job Summary:

The Director of Nursing, Clinical Trials & Real-World Delivery will oversee nursing operations related to clinical trials and real-world healthcare delivery. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective coordination between clinical teams and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nursing teams involved in clinical trials and real-world healthcare delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in clinical research.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and research outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align clinical trial objectives with healthcare delivery.
Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, providing training and support as needed.
