Description
The Dietician provides clinical nutrition care to in-patients, outpatients, chemotherapy and hemodialysis patients. Acts as source of reliable nutrition information to patients, families, health professionals and the public. Assist in the development/revision of patient menus and policies and procedures for Clinical Nutrition Services.

Qualifications
- Minimum Four- year Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Food and Nutrition
- Completion of an accredited dietetic internship or integrated undergrad university program
- Completion of the National Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam
- Currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
- Member of Dietitians of Canada and eligible for membership in the Association of Nephrology Dietitians
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a clinical dietitian, with recent experience in the long term care and ambulatory care settings
- Demonstrated effective communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated self-directed work habits within a team environment
- Reliable attendance record
