We have a permanent full time opening for a Shipping Specialist to join our team today! Monday to Friday 8-5. We are a locally owned and operated company.
Are you energetic, goal-driven and enjoy working towards team goals? Are you looking for your next career challenge? If so, we want you on our team! Some of the Duties Include:- Preparing & packaging recycled automotive parts for shipping
- Working with software to print tags and process orders
- Palletizing & preparing larger parts for shipping
- Interest in becoming proficient in automotive parts
- Cross-training within the department
- Proven success in your ability to prioritize
- Operate a forklift in warehouse and yard (employer will train)
- Read and write English
- Goal-driven, willing to go the extra mile to hit departmental and organization goals
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in a fast paced environment with a shipping department is required
- Proven success with following direction and execution, as well as meeting goals on a consistent basis
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds We offer paid on the job training for qualified candidates, company matching RRSP program, and a health care spending account after probation period is completed.
