You will lead key initiatives and ensure maintenance practices are aligned with corporate standards. Your background in reliability engineering will be crucial as you mentor maintenance teams and analyze downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead methodologies such as RCM, RCA, and FMEA
- Develop preventive maintenance programs to enhance efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews and analyze downtime reports
- Provide technical support during equipment failures
- Mentor site maintenance teams in reliability best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering
- Strong experience with CMMS, especially SAP PM
- Bilingual in English and French
- CMRP or equivalent certification preferred
