We are looking for an Engineering Manager with at least eight years of experience in solution architecture or software engineering. You’ll design and deliver enterprise-grade systems, using your knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs. The role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a solid collaboration culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end technical architectures based on client needs
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams for solution direction
- Conduct discovery workshops with various stakeholders
- Mentor and guide engineers towards improved technical proficiency
- 8+ years in architecture or technical consulting roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas
- Background in fintech or SaaS preferred
- Experience working in agile environments
