Mobile Patrol Supervisor

Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies and plans- Coordinate and oversee the mobilization of personnel, equipment, and resources- Monitor and evaluate mobilization activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness- Collaborate with internal teams to identify mobilization needs and requirements- Manage the logistics of mobilization, including transportation, accommodations, and communication- Provide guidance and support to field teams during mobilization processes- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in mobilization processes
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobilization management or a related field- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, law enforcement procedures, and loss prevention strategies- Proficiency in CCTV systems and other security technologies- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

this is a serious job. I don't want just anybody applying. This position means looking after staff in the night time from 7pm-7am-8am nightly. You look after delivering keys, radios, books, training practices, supervisory/ compliance protocol and other duties given by the CEO.
You work with other night time supervisors and cover each others shifts when requested. We are a team and work hard together to be successful.
Must have excellent English reading,speaking, and writing skills. Be able to be detailed!
Must have a good driving record and class 5 license. And able to follow rules of the roads appropriately. Drivers abstract upon request.
Must have a good phone with data and be great at cell phone communication using a app that we use.
