As an experienced leader, you will utilize your skills in operations management to drive continuous improvement across water systems, logistics, and procurement. With over eight years of relevant experience, you'll strategically align operational priorities with business goals while nurturing high-performing teams that emphasize accountability and collaboration. Your hands-on approach will be key in standardizing processes and improving decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct operations across supply chain and production
- Develop and enact strategies to boost efficiency
- Champion continuous improvement in operational workflows
- Enhance inventory management and logistics operations
- Collaborate with leadership to align objectives
- Minimum 8 years in leadership roles within operations
- Proven process improvement and operational transformation track record
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems and KPIs
- A proactive leader with strategic execution capabilities
- Experience with lean methodologies is beneficial
