in 2023 in Toronto. The brand currently has 20 locations in Quebec and

Ontario. Our mission: to offer delicious beverages, homemade recipes, and a

Your mission

Ensure the operational, human, and commercial management of the café to guarantee an

impeccable customer experience, the smooth daily operation of the establishment, and the

performance of the team.

Your responsibilities

Team Management

-Train, motivate, and supervise the team (baristas and production)

-Organize schedules, ensure replacements, and manage vacations

-Lead briefings and cultivate a positive work atmosphere

-Evaluate performance and ensure regular follow-up

Operational Management

-Supervise the opening, operation, and closing of the point of sale

-Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at Columbus

-Control inventory, place orders, receive and organize deliveries

-Manage the cash register (cash account and balancing)

Commercial Development

-Ensure exemplary customer reception and consistent service quality

-Implement and monitor upselling and customer retention actions

-Analyze performance indicators and optimize sales

-Promote seasonal products, new items, and merchandise

✅ Key Skills

-Experience in team management in hospitality or retail

-Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant/hotel industry

- Knowledge of coffee and coffee-based drinks.

-Strong operational management knowledge

-Strong customer service and hospitality sense

-Ability to work under pressure with responsiveness and rigor

-Proficient with cash management and daily operation tools (POS, Excel)
