Expected Start Date: June 29, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Battlefords Union Hospital City/Town: North Battleford Department: Nursing Inpatient Administration Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: June 29, 2027 FTE: 1 Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : The Executive Secretary is responsible and accountable for the performance of all secretarial functions associated with the Battlefords Union Hospital, including any duties assigned related to the day-to-day operations of the various departments managed by the Director of Acute Care Services. Maximum efficiency, quality, confidentiality, and accuracy with respect to all materials, correspondence, and files is a prerequisite. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- One (1) year related experience

- Business Administration certificate is acceptable
- Equivalent combination of education and experience

- Intermediate - Computer skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Typing speed of 55 wpm
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
