Software Engineering Specialist At Cmhc Toronto

Overview Join CMHC as a Software Engineering Specialist focused on Boomi. Contribute to cutting‑edge software solutions in a hybrid work model while supporting continuous improvement efforts. This permanent full‑time position is part of the Technology and Business Transformation team. You will design and implement software solutions, engage with stakeholders, and enhance CMHC's Boomi and SuccessFactors systems. As a specialist, you will ensure business requirements are effectively met and play a key role in achieving the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system needs
Author technical documentation and specifications
Design Boomi configurations based on business requirements
Configure integrations with applications like SAP SuccessFactors
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience with Boomi
Proven skills in integration and API management
Experience with SuccessFactors and cloud platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
