Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who thrive in a retail environment. You’ll represent a trusted Canadian financial brand inside a major retailer, engaging customers, recommending credit card products, and earning uncapped commission based on your results.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers in-store and explain the features and benefits of credit card products.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
- Deliver positive, professional customer experiences while representing the client brand.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with retail store staff.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- Adapt your approach to different customers and support multiple store locations as needed.

- $17.95/hour base wage + uncapped commission
- Permanent full-time and part-time positions.
- Flexible in-store hours, Monday–Sunday, 10 AM–8 PM.

- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with customers.
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and committed to confidentiality.
- Open to coaching, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude and drive matter most.
- A valid driver’s licence or vehicle is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to complete criminal and credit background checks.
