Director of Financial Analysis and Reporting

Lead financial oversight at a strategic level as the Director of Budgeting, Financial Analysis & Reporting. This role requires extensive financial knowledge and strong relationship-building skills with government and housing stakeholders.

As a key senior leader, you will ensure comprehensive financial oversight and analysis for Commissions budgeting processes. This includes developing submissions for the provincial budget, evaluating internal resource alignment, and overseeing financial reporting. Engage with various internal and external partners, including the Ministry of the Attorney General and other governance bodies.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop strategic financial reports for executive governance • Lead financial analysis for annual budget and submissions • Oversee internal financial performance reports and dashboards • Build relationships with internal and external financial stakeholders • Ensure compliance with financial stewardship standards

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Association • Extensive experience in financial roles within government settings • Proven leadership in financial planning and analysis • Strong communication and consulting skills
