WES Canada Chief of Staff Role

Join World Education Services (WES) as Chief of Staff in a key strategic role located in the Greater Toronto Area. This position focuses on cross-functional integration and providing executive support to the Managing Director in a hybrid work environment. As Chief of Staff, you will be pivotal in managing executive priorities and facilitating effective decision-making across various teams. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in strategy execution, project management, and organizational leadership, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director
- Integrate organizational functions to optimize decision-making
- Manage reporting logistics for board governance
- Oversee development of strategic work plans
- Maintain communication with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant degree in business administration or equivalent
- 8-10 years’ experience in leadership roles
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- French proficiency is an asset
