Distribution Engineering Lead role at Phasor
Internetwork Expert
Join Phasor as a Distribution Engineering Lead and drive innovative design solutions for power distribution infrastructure projects. This senior role focuses on the design of efficient overhead and underground systems across North America.
In this capacity, you will lead the engineering design for low- and medium-voltage distribution systems while coordinating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will enhance engineering standards and provide mentorship to junior team members, positioning you as a pivotal player in our growing distribution team. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects for power distribution systems
• Develop engineering scopes and cost estimates
• Utilize PLS and other design software for project tasks
• Conduct engineering calculations for system optimization
• Guide junior engineers and enhance organizational standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
• Registered P.Eng. with practical sealing experience
• Over 5 years in distribution-focused engineering
• Proficient with design software and electrical calculations
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
