Customer Care Administrator (Contract)

Job Responsibility:
Position Summary: As a Customer Care Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring homeowner satisfaction for our brand-new luxury residential condominium Keystone by Kaneff. Spanning 406 units, across two towers, you will be responsible for scheduling Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), Occupancy Appointments, and other service visits. Additionally, you'll assist with administrative tasks related to homeowner inquiries and documentation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and schedule homeowner warranty appointments, including PDIs and Occupancy Appointments.
- Manage appointment logistics, including arrivals, departures, and key pick-ups.
- Assist in conducting PDIs when needed.
- Support the Customer Care Coordinator in documenting lists and maintaining service requests.
- Compile Welcome Packages and other informational materials.
- Assist the Customer Care Manager with administrative tasks related to interim occupancy packages.
- Monitor and respond to homeowner inquiries via email and phone.
- Prepare, print, and review reports for the Customer Care Manager.
- Perform other assigned administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role preferred.

Schedule: In-person, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
