Take charge of omnichannel engagement strategy with BGBx. As the Vice President of Engagement Strategy, you will transform brand insights into impactful journeys across multiple platforms. BGBx seeks a strategic leader focused on connecting audience insights with effective engagement methods. In this senior role, you'll lead initiatives that span healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions throughout the customer journey. Your expertise will help shape the future of engagement strategies in a complex healthcare landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audience-centered omnichannel strategies for diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Translate brand strategies into engaging customer journeys and activation roadmaps
- Define interactions using content, media, and CRM effectively
- Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Present solutions to senior clients and lead strategic discussions
- 10+ years in engagement or omnichannel strategy
- Proven pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience
- Strong skills in client leadership and strategic storytelling
- Deep understanding of patient and HCP journeys
- Familiarity with compliance and privacy regulations
