Site HSE Advisor at Cementation

Elevate safety standards as a Site HSE Advisor with Cementation at BHP Jansen, Saskatchewan. This role emphasizes hands-on HSE support, training, and compliance on a 14/14 rotation. Join the Jansen JS2 project team, where you will work closely with project supervision to enhance health and safety measures. Your responsibilities include workplace inspections, promoting safe practices, and addressing hazards. Collaborate with the Project HSE Manager to implement effective training and compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily HSE support and prioritize project needs
Conduct safety inspections and critical control verifications
Document hazards and escalate them for corrective actions
Assist in incident reporting and investigations
Coordinate training schedules and track certifications

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years in a health and safety role
Knowledge of safety regulations and legislation
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work a remote camp-based rotation
