Lead Genesys Cloud CX delivery in a hybrid Toronto role, guiding technical direction, integrations, and contact centre transformation for financial services.Miratech seeks an experienced Development and Delivery Lead to oversee Genesys Cloud CX initiatives for a major financial services client. You will coordinate client, partner, and Miratech teams while maintaining an end-to-end delivery view. The work spans CCaaS architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operational handover.Key Responsibilities:
Lead CCaaS planning, execution, and delivery across initiativesOversee IVR, routing, desktops, dialers, reporting, and integrationsDefine scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and delivery objectivesManage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and partner organizationsReview designs, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational handoverRequirements:
Experienced development and delivery leadership backgroundTechnical oversight across cloud contact centre solutionsStrong stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesGenesys or cloud certifications are advantageousFinancial services or regulated-industry experience is advantageousBring Genesys Cloud CX, delivery planning, and stakeholder leadership to Miratech’s hybrid Toronto contact centre initiatives.
