Senior Business Analyst

On behalf of our client Affinity is seeking a senior Business Analyst who will support a portfolio of enterprise applications. This role will entail part requirements gathering and process work and part delivery coordination across internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate for this role will be someone comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the support model for ClickUp, Power Platform, and InTouch — triage, escalation, and improving how we deliver support
- Facilitate the ClickUp governance committee with senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate website project delivery between internal IT teams and external development agencies
- Support CMA (Cash Movement Application) from a release/deployment coordination perspective
- Build and maintain processes and documentation across the team's app portfolio
- Pick up ad-hoc work as it lands — SOW reviews, app assessments, integration support
Must-have Skills
- SDLC fundamentals
- Strong documentation and process design
- Comfortable with ambiguity and varied workload
Nice-to-have
- ClickUp or comparable work management platform
- WordPress / WP Engine
- GA4, OneTrust, GTM, web analytics
- SharePoint
- Power Platform literacy (doesn't need to build)
- DevOps exposure — hands-on experience is a bonus but not required; SDLC fundamentals are the floor
Top Skills Necessary
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in an IT or enterprise applications environment including eliciting and managing requirements, serving as the primary conduit between business users, IT teams and vendors, analyzing current-state processes/systems and designing future-state workflows, system changes, and integration points.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across business and senior IT leadership, partnering with executives, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with business priorities, manage expectations, and drive informed decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating with external vendors and consulting agencies, managing deliverables, timelines, and dependencies while serving as the primary liaison between vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.
