Recruiter (Bilingual English/French) – Talent Acquisition Duration: 12 months Location: Remote (candidates based in GTA Toronto, Winnipeg, Montreal, or Moncton) Hours: Standard business hours (EST) Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition professional to support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business lines. This role offers the chance to partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, delivering full-cycle recruitment support while helping attract top talent in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of roles Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and market insights Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies Maintain accurate recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications

3–9 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Bilingual in English and French Experience with applicant tracking systems and e‑recruitment tools Solid sourcing and candidate identification capabilities Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills Strong client service orientation Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday Experience with Phenom or similar recruitment marketing platforms CHRP designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset Key Skills

Full‑cycle recruitment Candidate sourcing and pipelining Stakeholder management Talent acquisition strategy Behavioral interviewing Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Relationship building and consultative support This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team supporting large‑scale hiring initiatives across diverse business areas.
