In this full-time executive role, you will execute strategies that prioritize exceptional member service and operational excellence. You will guide and develop leaders while collaborating across departments to fulfill organizational goals. Your leadership will shape a high-performing team culture aimed at strengthening relationships and fostering member loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Member Experience Strategy
• Ensure exceptional member experiences across channels
• Drive growth and organizational performance initiatives
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in service delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic priorities
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• 7-10 years in leadership within financial services
• Strong background in sales and service team management
• Effective strategic planning and change management skills
• Superb communication and relationship-building skills
