About Titan Sales: Titan Sales is a multi-line highway trailer dealership located in Burford, ON. We operate a fully equipped on-site service garage where we safety, service, customize, and warranty a variety of trailers—including Dumps, Walking Floors/Tippers, Live Bottoms, Hoppers, and Flat Decks. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and team-oriented 310J Licensed Trailer Mechanic to join our expanding service department.

Overview We are seeking a team-oriented, experienced 310J Mechanic who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will also play a leadership role in supporting and overseeing apprentices in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PDI on all new trailers, maintenance, annual safety inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of transport trailers, ensuring compliance with MTO and Titan Sales standards
• Document work performed accurately and thoroughly
• Work closely with other technicians to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment
• Provide mentorship, and hands-on support to apprentices, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-based work culture focused on safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Valid 310J Truck-Trailer Service Technician license (required)
• Valid Driver's License and own tools applicable to the position
• Solid understanding of trailer systems and components (brakes, hydraulics, suspension, DC electrical wiring etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and high standards of workmanship
• Able to communicate efficiently to diagnose trailer issues with customers over the phone and in person
• Skilled in rebuilding damaged trailers, repairs and modifications; must be comfortable using welding, cutting, and metalworking tools
• Aluminum welding experience considered an asset

Schedule

Day shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
