Élevez votre carrière en tant que Directeur des Opérations de Garde à la Banque Nationale Trust à Montréal. Dirigez une équipe d'experts tout en assurant un service client de qualité. Ce poste clé supervise des experts en garde de titres, gestion de trésorerie et service à la clientèle institutionnelle. Vous serez responsable de la direction d'une équipe de 10 à 15 professionnels, favorisant l'excellence opérationnelle et l'optimisation des processus. Cette fonction implique également la gestion des risques et le suivi des performances opérationnelles. Key Responsibilities:

Mobiliser et encadrer une équipe de 10 à 15 experts
Gérer les enjeux opérationnels complexes et escalades clients
Assurer la gestion efficace des activités de garde de titres
Promouvoir une culture de gestion des risques
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et satisfaction client

Requirements:

Baccalauréat en finance ou domaine connexe
Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en garde de titres
Connaissance approfondie des opérations de valeurs mobilières
Expérience en gestion du changement et transformation
Capacité à renforcer l'engagement et l'expérience client
