THE ROLE

You will own the visual output of DBDSIX across four core areas: social media, product UI/UX, paid ad creatives, and email design. This is a high-output role. Daily social posting is a real expectation, not occasional. You will be running multiple projects simultaneously across different briefs and deadlines. If that sounds like your natural working style, you will fit right in. Agency experience is a strong plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Social Media - Daily

– Design and publish daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

– Create carousels, Reels covers, static posts, and story graphics

– Build and maintain a content template library in Figma for repeatable formats

– Adapt formats per platform. What works on LinkedIn is not what works on TikTok

– Maintain consistent brand tone, typography, and visual hierarchy across all posts

UI/UX for SaaS Platform

– Design interfaces for our internal and customer-facing SaaS platform in Figma

– Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features

– Work directly with the developer to ensure designs are implementable and well-documented

– Design dashboards, portals, onboarding flows, and admin panels

– Maintain a component library and design system for consistency across the product

Ad Creatives

– Design static and animated ad creatives for paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

– Produce multiple size variations for each creative set (feed, story, banner)

– Iterate rapidly on creative performance: swap headlines, test layouts, refresh assets

– Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign briefs and conversion goals

Email UI

– Design email templates and banners for HubSpot campaigns

– Build reusable, modular email layouts that work across clients and devices

– Design transactional email visuals: notifications, onboarding sequences, receipts

– Ensure visual consistency between email design and the broader brand system

Brand and General

– Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all DBDSIX products and verticals

– Deliver final assets in correct formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF, SVG) with clean file naming

– Organize assets in Google Drive and OneDrive for team access

– Manage tasks and deliverables through ClickUp and communicate via Slack

REQUIRED SKILLS

– 5+ years in graphic design for social media, digital marketing, or product design

– Portfolio showing range across social content, UI design, and ad creatives. All three matter

– Figma is your primary tool. You use it daily across multiple project types

– Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

– Experience designing email templates in or for HubSpot

– Solid fundamentals: composition, typography, spacing, color, visual hierarchy

– Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality or deadlines

– High output capacity. You can produce quality work daily without burning out

– Organized, self-directed, and dependable with deadlines

NICE TO HAVE

– Agency background. You know what it means to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once

– Motion graphics or short video editing: After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere

– Experience building or maintaining a design system

– Background in SaaS, tech, or logistics/transport brands

– Photography or illustration skills

TOOLS YOU WILL USE

– Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud

– Marketing: HubSpot

– Collaboration: ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive
