ServiceNow Service Catalogue Developer

The Contractor’s resource(s) must enable efficient, user-friendly, and self-service capabilities within the ServiceNow platform including:

• Delivering a centralized service catalogue.
• Automating request fulfilment to reduce manual effort and errors.
• Improve the end-user experience by making services accessible, intuitive, and fast.
• Support organizational goals of digital transformation and process standardization.

Tasks:

• Catalogue Item Development
  • Designing and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services)
  • Configure forms, variable and UI policies
• Workflow and Automation
  • Creating workflows and flows for request fulfilment
  • Setting up approvals, notifications, and task assignments
• Integration
  • Connecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc)
• Administration
  • Managing catalogue categories, roles, and permissions
  • Maintaining catalogue structure and visibility rules
• Maintenance and Support
  • Troubleshooting catalogue issues
  • Updating items as business needs evolve

DELIVERABLES

• Fully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and dynamic scripts; automated workflows or Flow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks; integrations with external systems and supporting documentation.
• Must be available for regular and ad hoc meetings with the end users
