- Manage ongoing accounting functions, including journal entries and payroll
- Hire, train, and supervise accounting personnel effectively
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for various stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments to meet financial objectives
- Assist with the external audits and year-end reporting
- Strong background in accounting and financial reporting
- Experience managing an accounting team
- Ability to analyze and present financial data clearly
- Must ensure compliance with CRA and auditing standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
