Product Manager - Surgical Technologies

Stryker seeks a Product Manager for Surgical Technologies to oversee product portfolio management and develop marketing strategies supporting business growth. This 12-15 month contract role combines product lifecycle management, market insights, commercialization, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setting with extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage product portfolio throughout lifecycle including assessment, launches, lifecycle management, and phase-out
- Develop and execute marketing plans and portfolio strategies using market research and competitive intelligence
- Lead Voice of Customer activities and partner with customers and opinion leaders to identify market needs
- Create product positioning, messaging, and promotional programs communicating value to commercial objectives
- Support sales through product expertise, training, and field-based commercial assistance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years work experience
- 2+ years product management, marketing, brand management, sales, or commercial function experience
- Experience with product strategy, commercialization, launches, or lifecycle management
- Ability to use customer, market, and sales insights for business decisions
- Cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder engagement experience
- Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
Compensation: $83,900 - $111,800 CAD annual
