SOS provides more than 20 local programs and services to all ages, including programs that meet basic needs and promote healthy living and social connections.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Provides leadership, coordination, and administrative support for Kids Movement (Grades 4–6) and Family Night programs, ensuring program quality and alignment with organizational goals.

· Leads and supports program staff, volunteers, and practicum students to ensure effective program delivery.

· Plans and facilitates program activities, including meals, games, arts and crafts, and group engagement.

· Coordinates program logistics such as scheduling, room setup, supplies, and safety procedures.

· Maintains program documentation, attendance records/database, reporting, and administrative tasks.

· Builds positive relationships with children, youth, and caregivers, and provides referrals to appropriate resources when needed.

Qualifications

· Degree in related discipline is preferred. Minimum two years of related experience in program development/delivery and supervision of front-line staff.

· Demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and program development.

· Excellent leadership, strong teamwork, communication, boundaries and relationship building skills.

· Must have reliable transportation and a Class 5 Driver’s License.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, split shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Rate of Pay: $25-$27/hour, dependent on qualifications and experience + Benefits after 6 months
