Continuous Improvement Specialist in Quebec

Lead impactful Continuous Improvement projects with a hybrid role at CAE in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive engagement and process optimization. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist III, you'll spearhead projects that align with strategic goals while leveraging your 7+ years of experience in operational excellence. Your focus on training and facilitation will empower teams, using recognized tools to foster improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of leadership, coaching, and effective collaboration across global functions for success. Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional Continuous Improvement projects
Facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving workshops
Coach CI specialists and business teams
Monitor project progress and report on KPIs
Collaborate with multiple CAE sites globally

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7 years in continuous improvement roles
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM projects
Bilingual in French and English required
Six Sigma Certification preferred
