Mining Account Manager

What Success Looks Like

· One year from now, you are on a first name basis with our key customers at every mine site in your region.

· Maintenance and Reliability managers trust your advice.

· Your mining customers are referring you to new people within their organization based on the trust that you have established.

· You've built relationships that competitors can't replicate.

Your Days Will Include

· Growing Innoflo’s presence at our existing mining accounts in Ontario

· Breaking into new mining operations that don’t already have an ongoing relationship with Innoflo. Visiting mine sites and understanding operational challenges.

· Working alongside Innoflo's engineering and technical teams to develop solutions to those challenges.

· Managing your territory like it is your own business.

· Creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.
