Laboratory Lead for Complex Geotechnical Projects

- Manage geotechnical laboratory operations and schedules
- Act as the expert for complex soil testing
- Review geotechnical reports and datasets for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
- Support project budgeting and client relations
- Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent
- 8–10+ years of laboratory experience in geotechnics
- Mandatory expertise in high complexity soils
- Proven leadership experience in lab settings
- Familiar with QA/QC systems and certification processes
