We are looking for a proactive, high-energy team player who loves variety, thrives on autonomy, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. As our Landscape Fleet Mechanic, you are a critical backbone of our field and yard operations. You will maintain a high level of organization in the shop, manage equipment and vehicle maintenance, and actively jump in to support our construction crews with hauls, deliveries, and site support when needed. No two days look the same.

Your Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Variety

• Maintain the Fleet & Tools: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct regular preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles, equipment, and small tools. Manage tool inventories, bulk supplies, replacement parts, and the repair/replacement of red-tagged equipment.
• Master the Facility Logistics: Take ownership of the shop using 5S principles. Keep inventory pristine, labeled, and easily accessible.
• Deliver On-Site Crew Support: Drive trucks to haul materials and equipment to jobsites. Assist crews with daily site needs, staging tagged materials, and jumping in with general labor duties when extra hands are needed.
• Maintain High Safety Standards: Complete and assist with driver logbooks, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintenance reports, and ensure all vehicles and equipment operate safely.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Right Mindset: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and driven by problem-solving. You align with our core values of integrity, hard work, teamwork, the pursuit of excellence, and loving what you do.
• The Right License & Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (ability to submit upon request).
• Bonus/Asset (Not Required): Minimum ARZ class license (Class A Restricted (AR) paired with a Z air brake endorsement).
• The Right Experience & Technical Skills: Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on experience maintaining and repairing landscape power tools, vehicles, and heavy equipment. Proficient with driver logbooks, inspection reports, and power tools.
• The Right Readiness: Physically ready to load/unload equipment, transport materials, and assist crews directly on active jobsites.
• Screening: Consent to role-relevant background checks (work references, employment/credential verification, identity, criminal, and driving record checks).
• Seasonal On-Call Requirement: Availability to be on call for nighttime breakdown services during the snow season.
