Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3 years in leadership
• Proven track record in sprint cycles and deployment
• Strong up-to-date coding skills (Python, Go, etc.)
• Ability to improve velocity while maintaining morale
• Strong AI literacy in engineering workflows
