Senior Manager Medical Sales at Tilray

Drive medical sales and patient growth with Tilray Brands, a leader in the cannabis industry. This hybrid role focuses on sales strategy, marketing, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Canadian Medical, you will be accountable for expanding Tilray Medical's patient base and revenue through strategic leadership in the fast-growing medical cannabis sector. As a senior manager, you'll formulate quarterly plans, lead a diverse team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires thorough market insights and analytics expertise to make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual commercial strategy and P&L management
- Lead and coach the medical sales team to achieve targets
- Build relationships with clinics and insurers for growth
- Oversee patient journey metrics and operational KPIs
- Manage marketing plans for digital and patient education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 5–7 years commercial experience, 2 years in leadership
- Direct experience in medical cannabis industry
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel
- Comfortable with CRM and BI tools
