Senior Project Manager for Online Banking Technology Initiatives

Lead transformative digital banking projects as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee a portfolio of online banking and payment initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This strategic role focuses on managing a mix of high-impact projects within the commercial banking technology team. With over a decade of experience, you will drive coordinated delivery, aligning teams across varying functions while addressing risks and dependencies efficiently. Your expertise in Agile practices will be essential in ensuring successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects
- Lead multiple workstreams across various teams
- Facilitate Agile/Waterfall hybrid project execution
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks and escalations during projects
- 10+ years as a Technology Project Manager
- Proven experience in digital banking and payments
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methods
- Experience in matrixed team environments
- Background in banking or financial services
