Director, AI Product & Design Leadership

Intact

Take the helm as Director of Product and Design at Intact, leading the development of transformative AI solutions. Cultivate a vision centered on user experience and data-driven strategy. In this influential role, you will shape our agentic platform and manage high-performing teams. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science to ensure solutions meet customer and organizational goals, reporting directly to the Vice President. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies
Lead and mentor a dedicated design and product team
Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders
Promote best practices in Product Management and Design
Facilitate change management across various business units

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
10+ years in relevant roles with a focus on user experience
Minimum 5 years in leadership positions
Expertise in Agile product delivery
Bilingual for candidates in Quebec, work eligibility in Canada
