Role Description
- Design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos to enable data-driven decision-making across insurance and financial services.
- Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and frameworks using Report Studio and Cognos Analytics.
- Design data models, packages, and metadata layers for business reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and release deployments.
- Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure data services.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and documentation.
